Nicolas has a very diverse commercial practice, with emphasis on private mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, banking and project financing.

He has extensive industry experience in aeronautics where he has acted in aircraft acquisitions, financing arrangements and loan foreclosures, on behalf of airlines, aircraft financiers, ground handlers and parts manufacturers.  He also has extensive industry knowledge in the area of hydroelectric energy production and co‑generation.
